Welcome to the Referee/Officials Registration.  By completing this application you hereby agree to read, understand and abide by the regulations as set forth by the Oakdale Athletic Association (OAA), including the following:

• The OAA Code of Ethics.
• The Playing Rules in their entirety as set forth by the OAA.
• These contracts are "AT WILL" and may be canceled, with or without cause, and at any time by the OAA.
• OAA Referee/Officials Contracts are valid for one season from the date they are completed and signed.

In addition, all Referee/Officials must complete head injury (concussion) training at least every two years. Links to the free CDC training exam are provided within this application. Proof of completion must be submitted to the OAA.

No Referee/Officials will be allowed to Ref in OAA without completing this application and the concussion training.
